Shunko no Mukashi (春光の昔), meaning “Spring Light of the Past,” is a refined ceremonial-grade matcha from the storied tea fields of Nishio, Aichi Prefecture. Cultivated in the foggy basins near Yahagi River, this matcha is made from carefully shaded tencha, precision machine-milled for a smooth, velvety texture.
