Refund policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the  product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or partially used matcha products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
    • Any promotional items or free gifts are also non-returnable.
  3. Return Process:

    • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at pop@matchabot.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  6. Damaged Items:

    • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
  7. Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
