Returns

Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially used matcha products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Any promotional items or free gifts are also non-returnable.

Return Process:
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at pop@matchabot.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Damaged Items:
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
